We always start by having a call with you to understand your goals and desires when acquiring, designing, renovating your property.
After conceptualizing and finishing the techinical details we take care of the renovation, together with our network of trused trades and construction partners.
In this step we help you hunt for the perfect property through our network and our access to off-market properties.
We get to know you, your taste, desires and/or business needs and start working on your project. We want the final result to mirror what you were invisioning — or you give us carte blanche.
